Navin brings extensive international experience from his time with global corporations like Cymbal Corporation, Patni Computers, and Bose Corporation in the USA.

Driven by a desire to make a positive social impact, he returned to India to embark on his entrepreneurial journey.

Over the years, Rajiv has actively participated in leading healthcare forums and conferences, including AHIP, RISE, HCAA, HBMA, AAPC, ViVE, and SIIA—staying closely aligned with industry trends, regulatory shifts, and innovation.

He has worked closely with C-suite leaders—CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs—across Medicare Advantage and commercial health plans, building strong partnerships and driving strategic growth initiatives.
Known for his grounded approach and strong work ethic, Rajiv brings a highly self-driven, goal-oriented mindset to every engagement.
